H.E President Salva Kiir Mayardit Meets Miss World South Sudan Ahead of Miss World Competition in Vietnam
Juba, August 3, 2026 – His Excellency President Salva Kiir Mayardit on Monday met with Miss World South Sudan, Nyandeng Kerubino Kuanyin Bol, ahead of her departure to represent South Sudan at the 75th Miss World Competition, scheduled to take place in Vietnam from 9 August to 5 September 2026.
She was accompanied by Mr. World South Sudan, Amac Mathiang Ater Apugi, the National Director of the Miss World South Sudan Organization, Mary Nyanut Ring Machar, and the Chairlady of the South Sudan Women’s Union, Nyalang Dhal Dhal.
During the meeting, President Kiir wished the South Sudanese representatives success at the international pageant and reaffirmed his support for initiatives that promote the country’s talent, culture, and positive image on the global stage.
